8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb lump crab meat, drained and picked over
Method
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire and cayenne. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the cheddar, Parmesan, and crab meat gently to keep the crab intact.
Transfer mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette.
